Skin & face
Microneedling
Controlled micro-injury that recruits your own collagen, without the radiofrequency component or the recovery it brings.
Session
45–60 min incl. numbing
Course
3–6, spaced 4 weeks
Downtime
24–48 hours of redness
Areas
Face, neck, décolleté, scars
What it does
Stimulates collagen and elastin to refine texture, soften scarring and tighten the look of pores.
Softens acne scarring and refines enlarged pores
Meaningfully improves absorption of the serums applied after
Gentler and more affordable than Morpheus8, with a shorter recovery
The protocol
Numbing
Topical anaesthetic for 30 minutes so depth can be set where the skin needs it.
Treatment
Depth adjusted zone by zone — finer around the eyes, deeper across scarred areas.
Infusion
Growth factors or hyaluronic acid applied while the channels are receptive.
Recovery
Barrier support at home; redness settles inside two days.
If laxity is the main concern rather than texture, Morpheus8 will serve you better — we will say so at consultation.
In detail
Microneedling — collagen induction therapy — creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin with fine sterile needles. The injury is deliberately small and precisely measured, and the healing response it triggers is what produces the new collagen and elastin that refine texture over the following weeks.
It is the classic form of the treatment, without the radiofrequency energy Morpheus8 adds. That makes it gentler on the budget and the calendar — redness rather than several days of recovery — and it remains the better instrument when the concern is scarring, pores and surface texture rather than laxity. Depth is set zone by zone: finer around the eyes, deeper across scarred areas.
Results & timeline
A series of three to six sessions a month apart is typical. Change appears gradually from roughly four weeks as new collagen forms, and continues to build for up to three months after the final session.
Investment
Courses and combined plans are quoted at consultation, and can be spread over monthly instalments. Prices shown are per session.

Questions
Morpheus8 adds radiofrequency at depth, so it addresses laxity and remodels more aggressively — with a few days of recovery. Microneedling is the better value when the concern is texture, pores and scarring, and it costs you only a day or two of redness.
Topical numbing is applied for about 30 minutes beforehand, which most clients find sufficient. The sensation is best described as vibration with pressure.
Skin looks fresher within a week, but the real change is collagen, which takes about four weeks to show and keeps developing for up to three months.
Yes — acne scarring is one of its strongest indications, and it also works on surgical and traumatic scars once fully healed.
